The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at University of Rwanda selects scholars from eligible applicants for first-year undergraduate programs at the University of Rwanda. Applicants showcase their interest by completing the scholarship application, and those who fulfill all criteria (including academic excellence, leadership potential as well as social and economic vulnerability) undergo selection assessment processes.
