The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Rwanda (UR) is pleased to launch its call for applications for the 2025/2026 academic year!

🌍 This opportunity is open to all African students, with special focus on:

Young women

Refugees and displaced persons

Persons with disabilities

This initiative contributes to the Young Africa Works Strategy, which aims to enable 30 million young people across Africa to access dignified and fulfilling work by 2030.

📌 Eligibility:
You must first apply for admission to a first-year program at UR for the 2025/2026 academic year to be eligible for the scholarship.
